All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.

BOOKING PROCEDURE - STEP BY STEP

Click on the Calendar and make your booking request for the dates you want.

We will receive your enquiry and immediately check availability. Please bear in mind that Lesotho's mountainous regions often have times when phones and email are down and we cannot get through to make your booking. Please be patient!! We will send you our Bank Details and confirmation of your booking only once we have secured your accommodation.

Once we have received your payment confirmation you will receive a booking confirmation which includes a printable voucher, which must be presented on arrival.

At this stage your booking is complete and you will receive contact details of the relevant accommodation supplier.

YOUR VOUCHER

Please print out your voucher and present it to the accommodation supplier on arrival.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability. Accommodation is confirmed when full payment is received.

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* Cancellation more than a week in advance : 15% administration fee
* Cancellation between a week and 48 hours prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount plus administration fees that might be imposed
* Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show : 100% of the total amount
